Overview

At ClearDerm, we are committed to providing high-quality medical and skincare services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy outlines our approach to appointment cancellations, treatment fees, consultations and product purchases.

By booking an appointment or purchasing products through ClearDerm, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

If you are unable to attend your consultation, you may reschedule your appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation fee at ClearDerm's discretion.

Treatment Services

Due to the nature of medical and skincare treatments, treatment fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been provided.

Results can vary from person to person based on factors including skin type, medical history, lifestyle, adherence to treatment plans and individual response to treatment.

As such, ClearDerm cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes and refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with treatment results alone.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid and may require full payment before future appointments can be booked.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required to secure an appointment:

• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

• Deposits may be forfeited if an appointment is missed without notice.

Skincare Products

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Unused, unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Products damaged after delivery or collection

• Products purchased on sale or clearance unless faulty

This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@clearderm.ie.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers may only be redeemed for eligible services or products offered by ClearDerm.

Lost, stolen or expired gift vouchers cannot be replaced.

Exceptional Circumstances

ClearDerm reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances apply.

Any decision regarding discretionary refunds will be made solely by ClearDerm management.
