Common questions about our pricing and commitment terms
The Acne Care Plan has a minimum commitment of three months to allow adequate time to assess treatment response and optimise your plan.
There's no fixed minimum commitment for the Advanced Acne Programme. Patients continue for as long as treatment is clinically required.
Where treatment is recommended following your consultation, it is arranged and sent directly to your nominated pharmacy. Treatment costs are paid separately.
Depending on your circumstances, consultation fees may be eligible for reimbursement through private health insurance or Revenue medical expense relief.
