Moderate to Severe

Advanced Acne Programme

For moderate to severe acne that hasn't responded to previous treatment. A structured programme with monthly clinical review and monitoring throughout.

Blood Monitoring

Blood monitoring is required throughout the Advanced Acne Programme and the Hormonal Acne Programme. Bloods are arranged through our partner clinics, with locations nationwide, and are paid directly to the clinic. This cost is separate to your monthly programme fee.

Once your skin has settled, this keeps it that way. Ongoing repeat treatment and direct access to me if something changes, with clinical review as needed.

The Acne Care Plan and the Hormonal Acne Programme have a three-month minimum, which is the time needed to properly assess how your skin is responding. The Advanced Acne Programme runs for as long as treatment is clinically required, typically around six months. Treatment isn't stopped early without clinical reason, because stopping short is the most common cause of relapse.

Your monthly fee covers your clinical care: your review consultations, ongoing management and direct support. Treatment itself is charged separately and can be delivered directly to your door.

Where lab monitoring is required, it is arranged through our partner clinics with locations nationwide. You book and pay your chosen clinic directly. Costs depend on which tests are needed and where you go, and everything is explained to you at your initial consultation.

A standalone acne follow-up is €89. A standalone skincare review is €60. Both are for existing ClearDerm patients only. If you're on a monthly care plan your reviews are already included, so you won't need either.

Depending on your circumstances, consultation fees may be eligible for reimbursement through private health insurance or Revenue medical expense relief.
