Terms and Conditions

1. About ClearDerm
ClearDerm is operated by Treacy's Skin Solutions Limited (CRO No. 660157), trading as ClearDerm.
ClearDerm provides online specialist acne care to adults resident in the Republic of Ireland through secure consultations and personalised treatment plans.
By using the website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
ClearDerm services are available to adults aged 18 years or over who are resident in the Republic of Ireland.
You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Consultations
Appointments are provided remotely using secure video consultations.
ClearDerm does not provide emergency medical services.
In the event of an emergency, you should contact your GP, attend your nearest Emergency Department or call 112 or 999.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are displayed in Euro (€).
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Fees may change from time to time and existing patients will receive advance notice of any material changes.
5. Subscription Services
ClearDerm offers ongoing care plans designed to provide structured support and regular reviews.
Subscription charges are billed monthly and continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to hello@clearderm.ie.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Repeated non-attendance may result in services being suspended.
8. Telemedicine
ClearDerm delivers services remotely.
Remote consultations rely on the information provided by patients and may not replace in-person assessment where clinically necessary.
Where appropriate, patients may be advised to seek further care through their GP or another healthcare provider.
9. Data Protection
ClearDerm processes personal information in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection legislation.

10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing within these Terms limits rights provided under Irish law.
ClearDerm is not responsible for delays or interruptions outside its reasonable control.
11. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to hello@clearderm.ie.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within five business days and resolve them as promptly as possible.
12. Changes To These Terms
ClearDerm may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
