Thank you, your consultation is booked. 

You will receive a confirmation email shortly with your appointment details and a link to your secure patient portal.

Before your appointment, please complete your medical questionnaire and upload your photos of your skin in natural light, front and both profiles, with no makeup and no filters. 

Reviewing these in advance means we spend your consultation time on your treatment plan rather than on the history itself.
